How does my mandatory audit become a savings plan? By linking it to your flexibility: use less first, then use smarter.
The EED directive shifts from company size to energy consumption. From 10 TJ per year you are required to audit, and above 85 TJ a certified energy management system is added. All energy carriers count, including gas and transport fuel.
Companies crossing the new threshold, even if they have never done an EED audit before. Companies with few staff and high gas consumption fall under the obligation for the first time. If you have your own energy team, this is probably not for you.
